Via the expansion of their TopSoil Tool\, the group has amassed a footprint of 42 states and 20 countries and now houses the largest\, private soil health database. For his efforts\, Mitchell has been named to the AgGrad 30 Under 30 list and to the Forbes Under 30 list.\n\n\nRyan Bergman\, The Dannon Company North America\nRyan is the Director of milk farming &amp; sustainability where he is responsible for coordinating the upstream value chain of milk production related to the Dannon pledge. He engages with partners to develop appropriate agronomic strategy fitting each milk region. He also develops and advises crop growers on all sustainable agricultural practices: from crop rotation\, crop types\, fertilizer\, and pesticide usage to any other agronomic topics. Ryan is a graduate of Ohio State University’s Agriculture Technical Institute.\n\nMarlene Eick\, Ohio Corn & Wheat Growers Association\nAs Director of marketing &amp; communications\, Marlene is responsible for leading the development and execution of annual communications and marketing plans and initiatives for Ohio Corn &amp; Wheat Growers Association\, the Ohio Corn Checkoff and the Ohio Small Grains Checkoff. She serves as an industry spokesperson and media liaison throughout Ohio and the U.S. Eick brings diverse integrated communications experience with a background in education\, multimedia communication\, and most recently\, leadership and professional development training for local\, state\, and national\norganizations in agriculture.\n\nMichael Watercutter\, American Farmland Trust\nMichael has worked in sustainable agriculture for over a decade\, starting shortly after graduating from Ohio State University with a degree in agronomy. In April of 2022\, he was hired as a full-time conservation agronomist in partnership with American Farmland Trust (AFT) and Mercer Landmark to help increase awareness\, education\, and adoption of conservation practices in west central Ohio. Having grown up on a family farm\, he is uniquely capable of both explaining the innovative conservation practices he advocates for and showing the associated positive impacts through his own farm.\n\nCody Beacom\, Bird Agronomics\nIn 2012\, Cody Beacom began working for Bird Agronomics. He brings many diverse agronomic and conservation related experiences\, many gained thru employment for the USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) at numerous locations across Ohio. He was also a partner in a successful hay and straw business for 10 years. These experiences helped develop his keen interest in conservation and soil health. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University and is also a Firefighter/Paramedic in Columbus\, Ohio.
