Common Ground

The Way International™ in New Knoxville, OH is hosting a free showing of Common Ground at 6 PM on Saturday, March 2, 2024. Admission is open to the general public, and refreshments will be served.
The film explores how Americans from different walks of life, different political backgrounds, and different parts of the country share one thing in common – the very soil beneath our feet. This hopeful and uplifting story of the pioneers of the “Regenerative Movement” explores how to bring entire ecosystems back to life and unlock more (and healthier, more nutrient-dense) food to feed America and the world, while simultaneously restoring the natural cycles that regulate weather and climate. Investigating “regenerative” farming systems on both large to small-scale farms, the movie cast includes: Laura Dern, Rosario Dawson, Jason Mamoa, Woody Harrelson, Ian Somerhalder, and Donald Glover.
After the film, farmer and rancher Dr. Allen Williams will discuss the film and the regenerative agriculture movement planting across the country. Allen is the founding partner of Grass Fed Insights, Understanding Ag, and Soil Health Academy.
