Andrea graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Animal Science and a minor in Agriculture Education. She received her Master’s Degree in Dairy Science from Virginia Tech and worked for Penn State as a Dairy Extension Educator prior to moving back to Ohio. She currently works as a Financial Officer for Farm Credit in the Bellefontaine branch and has been there for 11 years.

Andrea lives in Marysville on a 48 acre farm with her 2 boys – Wesley and George and her German Shepherd – Scout. She currently has some of her ground in the Grasslands Conservation Reserve Program and strongly believes in the mission of preserving farm ground and maintaining a suitable environment for wildlife. She previously served as a director and treasurer on the land trust from 2018-2020. In her free time she loves running, being outdoors, baking, and spending time with her kids and dog.
