Benjamin Local Environmental Science Club’s 2026 Final Chapter
Another successful school year comes to an end for the graduates of the after school Benjamin Logan Environmental Science Club. As we say “so long” until next year we reflect on this year’s programs and we quickly see that many diverse, interesting, challenging, fun programs were experienced, activities that relied on the human senses; smell was to know how a healthy earthy soil should smell, and then the aroma of hamburger browning in a skillet that would soon become a healthful meal using clean foods, picking up trash on campus and the “not so” great smell, but then enjoying the sweet smell of “maple syrup making” and flowers from bulbs to beautiful tulips.
